About Focus Day Training

Providing live online mindfulness workshops using Zoom or MS  TEAMS, introduction sessions, 6 and 8 week courses. Mindfulness is not a quick fix but when practiced regularly with a trained teacher and other participants, people can reduce their levels of anxiety and increase their sense of wellbeing. Science tells us that sustained practice over a number of weeks changes the way our brains work and alters our natural negative bias towards a more positive outlook.

All workshops and courses come with work packs and voice recordings to support home study alongside  email support for the duration of the course.

Bespoke one off wellbeing workshops also available to work around your specific work situation and problems that staff maybe facing at this difficult time.
