  • Using the ECR assessment to develop the emotional intelligence of individual leaders
  • Usually delivered one to one or within small groups

  • Using Gallup Strengthsfinder to help individuals and teams play to and organise their strengths so that they can deliver better results with less stress
  • Usually delivered one to one or within small groups
