About Mindfulness for Health & Wellbeing

Mindfulness for Health and Wellbeing provides support to individuals and businesses in the form of Counselling and Mindfulness workshops, coaching and training. We can work with your staff to support them during the challenging times that we find ourselves in, recognising the personal impact many have experienced through changing the way we work, live and connect with others.

Mindfulness is scientifically proven to be a helpful intervention when experiencing stress, anxiety, low mood or being overwhelmed with day to day challenges. Our training programmes are delivered in small groups over webcam, live via Zoom or MS Teams, over 5 weeks or 8 weeks. We can also offer taster sessions, individual introductory workshops, one to one coaching and bespoke mindfulness and wellbeing programmes.

We can support in the development of Wellbeing Strategies and training on developing self-care and resilience, offering workshops to educate your staff on how they can find time to look after their mental and physical wellbeing.

Counselling on a one to one basis for your employees can be arranged, over Zoom or MS Teams, at a time convenient to them ,with appointments available out of working hours. Individuals can be supported to explore the issues impacting on their home and work, in a supportive calm and confidential space, and consider ways of moving forwards with life.
