I’m looking to offer small business advice on new startups during lockdown, businesses that have had to diversify but no financial planning put into place, including cashflows, vat thresholds, payroll, and self employed vs limited company advise.
I’m also looking to offer small businesses that have panicked during lockdown and are refusing to seek financial help hence wanting their companies to be struck off because they cannot afford the professional fees involved in finalising accounts to HMRC and Companies house.
