We do HR is an independent family-run consultancy offering HR, H&S and Training support to SME’s in all sectors across the region and have been operating since March 2003. The business consists of a team of 7 experienced professionals who give straight-talking advice and support on all HR and H&S matters. From a HR perspective, this includes phone and on-site guidance to meet their legal obligations as well as disciplinary, grievance, capability handling, redundancies, mediation, people development, employment contracts and policy manuals.
We also support one-to-one or team/group training and development in management and leadership. At a higher level within organisations, we can coach senior management on the strategic direction of their business. Our H&S team focus on phone and on-site guidance, risk assessments (particularly around Covid-19 at the present time), safety audits, policy manuals, safety management systems, ISO auditing as well as liaison with the HSE and other local authorities where required.
We also carry out fire safety audits and fire risk assessments. In practical terms, we provide a strong focus around outcomes that the business needs, rather than off-the-shelf solutions, which genuinely help businesses grow and develop whilst maintaining their compliance and legal obligations.
