Scale Up Pathway – more than £150k and up to £350K

For existing projects, programmes or businesses which are ready to make a significant step-change in reach and impact and which have demonstrable potential benefit for Tees Valley’s cultural industries and creative economy. Projects will have an existing, proven model with clear evidence of successful outcomes.

How to apply 

Expressions of Interest for Mobilise and Scale Up pathways have now closed

There are three stages to the application process for the Scale Up pathways.

Stage 1: Submit online Expression of Interest form (EOI). EOI forms can be submitted at any time after 11th October. EOIs will be assessed on a rolling basis with two deadline dates (see below for dates) for those invited to make a full application. If you are considering coming in to the first round of the Open Call through the Mobilise or Scale Up pathways please get your Expression of Interest form to us by Monday 14th November. This is the most realistic window to enable you to submit a full application if you are invited to proceed to this stage.  Final deadline for EOIs is 27th January 2023.

Stage 2: Meeting with Creative Place Team for those who’s EOI demonstrates effective
response to the objectives of the open call.

Stage 3: Invitation to Full Application

2022: Deadline for full applications: 12 noon, 28th November 2022

Applicants notified of outcome: 16th December 2022

2023: Deadline for Full applications: 12 noon, 17th February 2023
