The North East region is set to receive unprecedented investment from 2021 – 2025 as the Government delivers it’s ‘levelling-up’ agenda
In the Spending Review (2020), the Chancellor confirmed that capital spending on infrastructure in 2020-21 will total £100 billion, £27 billion of which will be allocated for economic infrastructure. Almost £19 billion of this is for transport investment, with £1.7 billion set aside for road maintenance.
A further £4 billion ‘leveling-up’ fund was announced for English regions.

The Civil Engineering Contractors Association (CECA) wishes to promote the capacity and capability that CECA members, and their associated supply chains, in the North East and Yorkshire & Humber regions can offer to deliver infrastructure projects, supporting and maintaining jobs while delivering on the change agenda set out by the Construction Leadership Council.
This event will offer suppliers within the infrastructure sector the opportunity to hear from key Clients in the region as well as a number of Main Contractors who are looking to develop and maintain strong and innovative supply chains.
