Led by Tees Valley Business, Skills for Growth is a fully funded resource for Tees Valley SMEs, supported by the European Social Fund. It offers impartial advice and guidance to support employers to upskill their existing workforce by identifying their current and future skills gaps and training needs, and by acting as a brokerage service to the training provider network.
For businesses engaged on the project, there is an opportunity for you to have access to five leadership and management masterclasses to support you to shape your business for the future. This fully funded support, valued at over £3000, includes an additional 4 days of coaching and mentoring to help you implement and embed your plans into the business.
Working in partnership with Teesside University, the project is also taking a proactive research approach to help shape and inform future training and development provision for SMEs across the Tees Valley and sharing this information via a series of business sector events, including this one.
Tees Valley Business is the local growth hub for the Tees Valley, established by the Tees Valley Combined Authority and Tees Valley Mayor.
DigitalCity is an ERDF funded, Teesside University-led initiative, supporting tech start-ups, SMEs, and local businesses in the Tees Valley to explore where digital can have the most impact within their business, from business models and operational processes to customer experiences.
