If the answer is yes to any of these, then join us for this event. It will focus on how graduates can help to develop and embed new ideas in your business, as well as some of the support available. Alongside experts from Teesside University, Billingham-based software business Nicander will share their experiences of using the support available to employ a graduate to work on a project, developing the software to manage one of the world’s longest road tunnels (21km of tunnels as part of the Stockholm bypass in Sweden). Nicander worked with Teesside University academic Barry Hebbron, who has over 30 years delivering these projects.
Following the workshop, businesses will be able to apply for funding and support to implement their growth plans. Terms and eligibility criteria apply.

This session is designed for small and medium-sized organisations in Tees Valley and eligibility criteria apply. The Grow Tees Valley project is receiving up to £3.238m of funding from the England European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme 2014-2020.
Given the nature of the funding, delegate details provided at sign up will be shared with Teesside University and the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government (MHCLG) for use in administering and evaluating the Grow Tees Valley project and the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme 2014-2020.
