Led by skills experts from Tees Valley Business’s Skills for Growth programme, this workshop will explore the support and resources available to help develop your people and workforce skills.

Whether you’re looking for advice on developing your employees, looking to recruit new staff, or want to find out how apprenticeships could help your business grow, this seminar will guide you to local help and support to make it easier to find the right people, and help you focused on what skills are needed in your business both now, and also in the future.

As a result of attending this workshop, participants will be aware of how developing the skills of their workforce can help them meet their strategic business needs

Skills for Growth is a fully funded resource for Tees Valley SMEs, supported by the European Social Fund. It offers impartial advice and guidance to support employers to upskill their existing workforce by identifying their current and future skills gaps and training needs, and by acting as a brokerage service to the training provider network.

Tees Valley Business is the local growth hub for the Tees Valley established by the Tees Valley Combined Authority and Tees Valley Mayor to support local businesses with expert advice, support and access to finance and funding.
