About Low Carbon Champions: Driving forward a Green Revolution

Investment in decarbonisation and clean growth is set to create up to 200,000 green jobs across the North and Midlands, which will provide a major boost to the regional economies.

As climate and environmental projects move higher up on the Government’s levelling up agenda, there is an opportunity for businesses to play their part in the green revolution.

This webinar, in partnership with the Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund (NPIF) and the Midlands Engine Investment Fund (MEIF), will highlight the impact these regional funds are having on the transition to a low carbon economy and explore how regional businesses can collectively reduce their carbon footprint and the innovative solutions we have to tackle climate change.

You will hear from some of those businesses who are already on the path to net zero and we will discuss what a post-pandemic economy looks like to ensure we bounce back better than ever before.
