About Welding Skills Roundtable

Is your business facing issues with welding recruitment, retention, or training?

We are hosting a special roundtable event to give business leaders an opportunity to come together and discuss current skills challenges to help shape future skills provision and build a talent pipeline in the welding industry.

We would like to gain a better understanding of the current issues you are facing, including recruitment challenges, pay scales, availability and suitability of training and any other issues you may currently be facing. Whilst we may not be able to solve all of these challenges, we would like to see if we can provide some solutions to help with the future high demand of welders to the Tees Valley through our Skills for Growth programme.
